Some things you should know

  1. We have 3 different types of shows

    We accept performances from 5 to 60 minutes in length. Depending on its length, your piece may be grouped with others, featured on our Fringe LaZoom Tour, or scheduled as a Random Act of Fringe.

1. FRINGE SHOT

A piece that is
5-20 minutes long

May be featured in a showcase, on the Fringe LaZoom Tour, or as a Random Act of Fringe

2. SHORT FORM

A piece that is
25-30 minutes long

May be combined with one or more shows

3. FULL-LENGTH

A piece that is
45-60 minutes long

*We can also accept a limited number of installations and workshops.

2. The Asheville Fringe Arts Festival is a juried festival.

We carefully review each and every submission. You’ll know by October 19th, 2019 if your piece is selected. Should your piece get selected, there is a $30 participation fee.

3. Please review the following dates and thoroughly fill out each section of the Artist Application and Tech Form.
